It was 4 am in Moscow when Joe Biden and Donald Trump were screaming his name in the first US presidential debate Thursday. Kremlin said Putin did not watch the debate live as it is not a main event for Russia. The president was not expected to set an alarm and wake up at 4 am to watch the debate, a spokesperson said.
