13 new deaths in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to heavy rain; toll rises to 59

A second wave of heavy rain in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) killed at least 13 people on Saturday, bringing the death toll to 59, according to Dawn, citing a report from the Provincial Disaster Management Authority. According to a KP PDMA report issued on Saturday, 33 children, 14 adults, and 12 women have died in rain-related incidents since April 12, with 72 persons injured.
