Nepal, Qatar sign eight agreements, labour pact not included

Nepal's PM Prachanda met with Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad. Eight agreements were inked, except the labor pact. The two leaders signed after talks in Kathmandu. Qatar and Nepal signed an agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of News between National News Agency, Nepal (RSS) and Qatar News Agency (QNA).
