Om Fahad, a prominent Iraqi social media influencer known for her lighthearted TikTok videos, was tragically killed outside her Baghdad residence by a gunman on a motorbike. The assailant, posing as a food delivery person, targeted her in the Zayouna district. Om Fahad's content had sparked controversy, leading to a jail sentence in 2023 for videos considered to challenge public morality.
