Voda to sell 10% stake in Indus for up to $1.1bn

Vodafone Group has planned to sell about 10% of its stake in Indus Towers for up to $1.1 billion to manage its substantial $42.17 billion net debt. The sale will include approximately 268 million shares through block deals in Mumbai, pricing each share between 310 rupees and 341 rupees.
