Putin reappoints Mikhail Mishustin as Russia's prime minister

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Friday the reappointment of Mikhail Mishustin as the country's prime minister. Mishustin, a low-key technocrat who has demonstrated a notable absence of political ambitions during his previous tenure, held the position for the past four years. In accordance with Russian law, Mishustin, aged 58, submitted his Cabinet's resignation on Tuesday.
