Princess Kate Middleton is missing in the family photo that she posted to wish Prince of Wales William on his 42nd birthday on Friday. "Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much!" the message read, signed by Cx, the abbreviation that Princess Catherine goes by. According to the Palace, the photo was taken by Kate in Norfolk, southeast England in May. Princess Kate has been undergoing treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer. She made her last public appearance last week at a parade to mark King Charles' birthday.
