NYPD's Chief of Department, Jeffrey Maddrey, abruptly resigned late on Friday night amid serious allegations by his staff Lt. Quathisha Epps. Epps claimed Maddrey coerced her into a sexual relationship, demanding various sexual acts and granting her excessive overtime in return. Epps said when she tried to move away from him, she was outed due to her excess overtime earnings.
