Iran says senior ISIS member and others arrested

Iranian police arrested Islamic State's Mohammad Zaker and two others for planning a suicide attack during Ramadan celebrations. The group targeted Iran's Shi'ite sect, with previous attacks in Kerman, Iraq, Syria, and clashes in Karaj.
