US mother handcuffed 6-year-old son, let Pitbull attack him as punishment

A mother and three others were arrested after a 6-year-old boy in Savannah, Ohio, was seriously injured in a pit bull attack while restrained with handcuffs on his hands and feet as a form of "corporal punishment," according to the Ashland County Sheriff's Office. The boy sustained bites to his neck and ear and was promptly airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
