US man kills 80-year-old 'sneezing' roommate for being 'too close' to food on Thanksgiving
A 65-year-old Marshfield man, Richard Lombardi, faces involuntary manslaughter charges after an altercation with his 80-year-old roommate, Frank Griswold, led to Griswold's death. Lombardi allegedly pushed Griswold, causing him to fall and sustain fatal head injuries. Lombardi had previously helped Griswold with daily tasks and they had been roommates since 2001. A dangerousness hearing is scheduled for Dec. 4.
