A 20-year-old criminology student, Nasen Saadi, is on trial for the murder of Amie Gray and the attempted murder of Leanne Miles on a Bournemouth beach. Saadi, who had researched weapons and expressed a morbid curiosity about taking a life, allegedly stabbed the women as they sat by a fire. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
