Trump threatens jail for Jan 6 committee members; Liz Cheney fires back
President-elect Donald Trump said all members of the Ja 6 committee including Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson should be jailed as they deleted all the evidence from their investigation. Liz Cheney said, “Donald Trump’s suggestion that members of Congress who later investigated his illegal and unconstitutional actions should be jailed is a continuation of his assault on the rule of law and the foundations of our republic.”
