Peak Design's CEO, Paul Dering, said the backpack that the shooter of Brian Thompson was carrying might be an older model of their Everyday Backpack. A backpack has been found in Central Park and sent for forensic testing. It could be the bag the killer was seen carrying in the surveillance footage. He might have discarded it as he fled on a bike from the murder spot. Investigators believe the killer has fled out of NYC.
