Biden operates fine between 10-4; debate was too late: Aides

White House aides have now claimed that there are two forms of Joe Biden and the debate night saw the version prone to gaffes. Biden functions fine between 10 am to 4 pm and the debate night was a disaster because it started at 9 pm, they said as Democrats are now gathering all possible excuses to justify Biden's performance and stall the clamor for Biden opting out.
