A Winnipeg mother is being hailed as a hero after saving two lives. Jayclyn Morrissette bravely entered the Red River to rescue a father and daughter. She performed life-saving measures on the unconscious child after pulling her from the water. The child was hospitalized in critical condition but is expected to recover fully.
