Budget 2025 clarifies that the tax rebate will no longer apply to income from capital gains or other sources taxed at special rates. Taxpayers under the new regime can claim a maximum rebate of Rs 60,000 for an income of up to Rs 12 lakh, effective from FY26. What's Your Reaction?
