An enraged man in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, stole a tow truck after seeing his vehicle being towed. Following a physical altercation with the tow truck driver, he drove recklessly, damaging several cars and crashing into a city bus. The man abandoned the truck and fled on foot. Authorities are actively searching for him.
