US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito rejects Democrats’ calls to step away from Trump cases

In response to Democratic calls for his disqualification, US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito explained in two letters that his wife, Martha-Ann Alito, was responsible for flying the flags, stating, “My wife is an independently minded private citizen. She makes her own decisions, and I honor her right to do so.”
