Diane and Brian Johnsen, a retired couple in Beaverton, Oregon, faced financial difficulties in maintaining their home. This initiative provides essential home improvements to qualifying homeowners at no cost. Local contractor Aviator Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system valued at $16,000 for the couple.
