Indian firm Natco Pharma is set to acquire substantial stakes in South African pharmaceutical company Adcock Ingram. This deal, valued at R4.2 billion, will transition Adcock Ingram into a privately held company. Natco and Bidvest will jointly own the firm, with Bidvest retaining majority control.
