European airports surpassed pre-pandemic passenger levels in 2024, with traffic reaching 2.5 billion, a 7.4 per cent increase from 2023, according to ACI Europe. Growth was driven by an 8.8 per cent rise in international travel, while domestic travel remained below 2019 levels.
