UPSC CMS DAF 2025 out at upsconline.nic.in; submit form by September 24

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the detailed application form for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2025. Eligible candidates can submit their forms on the official website upsc.gov.in till September 24, 2025, up to 6.00 pm. The written exam results were declared on September 4, 2025.

“Please note that final submission of the DAF is mandatory for all written qualified candidates, even if no changes are required. Failure to submit the DAF finally will lead to ineligibility for the Personality Test/Interview of this examination,” reads the notification.

The exam was conducted on July 20, 2025, for recruitment to 705 posts.

1. Visit the official website upsc.gov.in

2. On the homepage, click on the CMS DAF 2025 link

3. Login and fill the form

4. Save and submit

5. Take a printout for future reference
