Two dead and several injured in deadly gas leak at Pemex refinery in Texas

A hydrogen sulfide gas leak at Pemex's Deer Park refinery in Texas resulted in two fatalities and the treatment of up to 35 people. The incident led to the shutdown of a coker and a hydrotreater, and residents were urged to stay indoors temporarily. The leak originated from a sulfur recovery unit.
