Christophe Waggoner established a charity called October's Child to provide Halloween costumes for children. He began the initiative after recalling his own childhood experiences with costumes. Over the years, the charity has grown significantly, distributing nearly 8,000 costumes to families in need. In the upcoming event, he plans to give away over 4,000 costumes for various age groups. Waggoner's efforts illustrate the positive impact of community support on childhood celebrations. What's Your Reaction?
