Tonnisha Mitchell, 43, faces manslaughter charges in Louisiana after allegedly attacking 42-year-old Gene Hill with a bat following an argument. Witnesses reported Hill collapsed after the assault and was subsequently struck by two vehicles, resulting in his death.
