The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the construction of a six-lane Capital Region Ring Road in Odisha. This project aims to reduce congestion in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Khordha. The bypass will connect major National Highways and economic nodes. It will improve freight movement and boost socio-economic growth.
