IndiGo has proposed commitments to the Competition Commission of India. These proposals aim to address concerns over past flight disruptions and unfair practices. The airline will establish a crisis management group and a passenger grievance mechanism. IndiGo also offered to temporarily hand over airport slots during major disruptions.
