That’s it for Scroll’s coverage of Day 8 of the Paris Paralympic Games.
It’s been a long day, but just one medal to show for the efforts by the Indian contingent. Nonetheless, it was a historic medal for the country, as Kapil Parmar won India’s first Paralympic medal in judo, clinching bronze in the men’s 60kg J1 event.
As many as six medals will be up for grabs for the Indians competing on September 6, the penultimate day of the Paralympics.
Join us once again tomorrow for all the live action. See you then!
