Harvey Weinstein's lawyers claimed he's receiving inadequate medical care at Rikers Island, citing unsanitary conditions and untreated medical issues. They've filed a $5 million claim alleging premature returns to jail after hospitalizations. “When I last visited him, I found him with blood spatter on his prison garb, possibly from IV’s, clothes that had not been washed for weeks," his attorney said.
