Google Maps spots suspicious ‘white object’ in car trunk, cracks Spain murder mystery
Spanish police arrested two individuals in connection with the disappearance of a 33-year-old Cuban man in October 2023. A Google Street View image, showing a white-shrouded object being loaded into a car, aided the investigation. While not the sole factor, the image corroborated other evidence, including suspicious text messages sent from the victim's phone.
