Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd is considering a greenfield oil refinery and petrochemical complex near Ramayapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh to meet India's rising energy demand. BPCL is also pursuing 'Project Aspire' to strengthen refining, marketing, and upstream operations while pushing aggressively into renewables, green hydrogen, biofuels, and natural gas.
