The UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) has launched an initiative allowing residents to pay government service fees in interest-free instalments. Available for payments of Dh500 or more, the plan is offered in partnership with 10 local banks and Visa.
