Tata Consumer Products Ltd (TCPL) merged its subsidiaries, Tata Consumer Soulfull Pvt Ltd, NourishCo Beverages Ltd, and Tata SmartFoodz Ltd, receiving approval from the National Company Law Tribunal. The merger, effective from September 1, 2024, aims to simplify operations and enhance efficiencies, with no changes to the existing operating structure.
