September sees 10% drop in equity mutual fund inflows

In September, equity mutual funds experienced a 10% decline in inflows, securing Rs 34,419 crore, mainly due to reduced investments in thematic and large-cap funds. Despite this, it marked the 43rd consecutive month of net inflows in equity funds. The mutual fund industry's net assets increased to Rs 67 lakh crore.
