Another fruitful day for India as two gold and as many silver medals were added to the tally.

Sachin Khilari began proceedings with a silver medal in the men’s shot put F36 final.

Later Harvinder Singh improved on his bronze from Tokyo to win the gold medal in the men’s individual recurve archery event, becoming the first Indian archer to win a Paralympic gold.

In the last event of the day featuring Indians, Dharambir took gold and Pranav Soorma clinched silver in the men’s club throw F51 final.
