In the latest Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode, host Salman Khan confronted wild card contestants Digvijay Singh Rathee and Kashish Kapoor for entering the show as rivals but behaving amicably inside the house. Referring to their past controversy, Salman reminded Digvijay, saying, "Yeh (Kashish) paise lekar bhaag gayi thi. To ek baar dhokha de chuki hai yeh" [She ran away with the money. So, she has already betrayed you once]. Kashish clarified, “Sir, maine game quit kiya tha paise choose karke, bhaagi nahi thi. Main unko (Digvijay) sab kuch bakaida explain kiya tha us raat, jab Karan (Veer Mehra) se meri baat hui thi” [Sir, I quit the game by choosing the money, I did not run away. I had properly explained everything to him (Digvijay) that night when I spoke to Karan]. Salman responded by pointing out how she chose to quit instead of fighting till the end.

For context, Digvijay Singh Rathee and Kashish Kapoor were co-participants in Splitsvilla X5. During the show, Kashish was given the option to choose between ₹10 lakh and staying in the competition. She chose the ₹10 lakh and walked out, which resulted in Digvijay's automatic elimination.

Later, Kashish Kapoor appeared upset by the criticism she faced from Salman Khan. While speaking to Chahat Pandey, she said, "Yeh bolna ki jo game quit kar dete hain, woh life mein aage nahi badhte. Yeh kya baat hui. Aur yahan pe agar paison ki baat kar rahe hain na, mujhe 2 crore denge toh main leke chali jaungi. [Saying that those who quit the game don't progress in life – what kind of statement is that? And if we are talking about money here, if they give me ₹2 crore, I will take it and leave.]”

Premiered on October 6, Bigg Boss 18 airs on Colors TV. The reality show is also available for streaming on JioCinema.
