Virginia jury awards $300 million to women alleging sexual abuse at children's hospital
A Richmond jury has awarded a total of $300 million to three women who alleged sexual abuse while patients at Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents in Virginia. Each woman was granted $60 million in compensatory damages and $40 million in punitive damages. This case marks the first of many lawsuits against the hospital and Dr. Daniel Davidow.
