Taiwan detects six aircraft, seven vessels near its territory

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence detected six Chinese military aircraft and seven naval vessels near its territory, with two aircraft crossing the median line into Taiwan's southwestern ADIZ. Taiwan's President Lai Ching-te reassured the public of the government's dedication to defending the island's democracy in light of China's large-scale military exercises, which aim to intimidate and disrupt regional peace.
