Saudi Arabia and Russia have signed a historic mutual visa exemption agreement, allowing citizens of both countries to stay visa free for up to 90 days. Signed during the Saudi-Russian Investment and Business Forum in Riyadh, the deal covers all passport types for tourism, business, and visiting relatives.
