NCLT OKs Adani Power's Rs 4.1k crore Chandigarh plant buy

The National Company Law Tribunal's Hyderabad bench has given the green light to Adani Power for the Rs 4,101 crore acquisition of Lanco Amarkantak. This purchase includes a 600MW thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh and another 1,320MW plant in development. Adani Power will strengthen its lead as the top private electricity generator in India.
