Athletics, men's shot put final F57: Hokato Hotozhe Sema delivers his best throw in his fourth attempt and it is a personal best of 14.64m and it takes him to the third spot. Certainly in the medal contention for a bronze.

Athletics, women's javelin throw F46 final: Bhavanaben Ajabaji Chaudhary fouls on her fifth attempt but the sixth attempt is an underpar 35.39m. Breaking her personal best thrice by a great margin is no mean feat but it is not enough and she will finish fifth. Her best throw in the Paralympics will be 39.70m.

Athletics, women's javelin throw F46 final: Yet another personal best for Bhavanaben Ajabaji Chaudhary! She throws 39.70 in her fourth attempt. She is currently placed fifth.

Athletics, men's shot put final F57: Amongst his six attempts, Soman Rana’s best throw came at 14.07 in his second attempt but it places him in the fourth spot. Essentially, taking him out of medal contention.

Athletics, women's 200m T12 semi-final: Simran wins her semi-final to qualify for the finals with a timing of 25.03 seconds. She capitalised on her brilliant start to extend the lead. Although Katrin Mueller-Rottgardt was closing in, Simran was able to hold on.
