Archery, men’s individual recurve open: Harvinder Singh qualifies for the semi-finals! He defeats Colombia’s Julio Ramirez 6-2 in the quarter-finals. He will face Iran’s Mohammad Reza Arab Ameri in the semi-final at 10:08 pm. 
Powerlifting, women’s up to 45kg: Sakina Khatun fails to lift 92kg in the third attempt and she has to end her campaign with a best lift of 86kg.

Powerlifting, women’s up to 45kg: Sakina Khatun fails to lift 90kg in her second attempt. She has dropped down to seventh spot. China’s Guo Ling, meanwhile, has created a Paralympic Record in back-to-back attempts as she lifts 118kg. Turkey’s Nazmiye Muratli and USA’s Zoe Newson are placed second and third respectively.
