Homebuyer sentiment improves, says survey

Homebuyer confidence in India increases with expectations of capital appreciation and higher rental yields. Magicbricks Housing Sentiment Index (HSI) rose from 149 to 155 between April and September, particularly strong in luxury segments and locations like Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram, despite higher prices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
