The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways will now penalize contractors for accidents on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) national highway stretches. A penalty of Rs 25 lakh will be imposed if more than one accident occurs in a year, increasing to Rs 50 lakh the following year. What's Your Reaction?
